We handle your entire launch

After your proposal is agreed, your website address is approved and your deposit is paid, Creative Spark Digital registers the included standard domain and handles the domain connection, DNS, SSL and initial hosting configuration needed to launch.

We configure DNS, SSL certificates, and the initial hosting setup so your site is secure and ready for development.

Prepare for development

Once the domain and initial hosting configuration are in place, we move into planning and design with zero technical guesswork for you.

What you can expect

  • Clear updates at every step, no jargon, no confusion
  • The domain is registered for you or your business and remains yours
  • SSL, initial hosting configuration, and DNS set up before development begins
  • Contact forms tested, with analytics configured where appropriate and consent allows it

One standard available .co.uk or .uk domain is included for the first two years. The domain is registered for you or your business. Premium domains, domains already owned or offered for resale, alternative extensions and additional domains may cost extra. Any additional cost will always be explained and agreed before purchase. Domain renewal after the included two years is separate, unless an ongoing agreement expressly includes it. Domain ownership and website hosting are separate.

Your website package is a one-off project price. It covers the design, development and technical setup needed to get your website live, including the initial hosting configuration. It does not commit you to a compulsory monthly subscription. After launch, you can choose an optional Website Care Plan if you would like Creative Spark Digital to continue managing your website. If you prefer not to take a Care Plan, your website can be configured with an appropriate hosting provider and you remain responsible for that provider's ongoing charges, unless your proposal says otherwise.
