Business Systems

Run your business with less admin.

I build simple tools around the way your business works — helping you keep enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs and everyday admin organised in one place, instead of across inboxes and spreadsheets.

You don't need to know the technical side. Tell me what's taking too much time.

Sound familiar?

When everyday admin starts getting in the way.

A lot of small businesses grow by adding another spreadsheet, another inbox or another way of keeping notes. It works for a while — until keeping track of everything becomes a job in itself.

  • Enquiries

New enquiries are easy to miss or difficult to follow up.

  • Customers

Customer details are spread across emails, notes and spreadsheets.

  • Quotes

Preparing and keeping track of quotes takes longer than it should.

  • Jobs

It's difficult to see what's booked, what's in progress and what's finished.

  • Repetitive admin

The same information gets copied, typed or sent again and again.

  • The big picture

There's no simple place to see what needs your attention.

That's where a system built around your business can help.

What I can build

Simple tools for the way your business actually works.

Every business works differently, so I don't start with a fixed list of software. I look at what you're trying to manage and build around that.

  1. Keep enquiries and customers organised

    • Keep new enquiries in one place
    • Store the useful customer details together
    • See what needs following up
  2. Make quoting and booking easier

    • Collect the information you actually need
    • Prepare and keep track of quotes
    • Organise bookings without jumping between different places
  3. Keep jobs moving

    • See what's waiting, in progress or complete
    • Keep important job details together
    • Make it clearer what needs doing next
  4. Cut down repetitive admin

    • Reduce repeated typing and copying
    • Send useful updates at the right point
    • Connect parts of the process where it genuinely saves time

A simple example

From new enquiry to finished job, without losing track.

  1. New enquiry

    Kitchen clearance

    Customer gets in touch

  2. Details collected

Photos · Postcode · Contact details

    The useful information arrives together

  3. Quote prepared

    Ready to send

You have what you need to prepare the quote

  4. Customer accepts

    Job created

The work moves forward without losing the details

  5. Job underway

    Friday · 10:30

You can see what's happening next

  6. Complete

    Information kept together

The job is finished without losing the history

Your process may be completely different. The point is to build around how your business works.

A real example

Clear Your Space needed more than a good-looking website.

The website needed to make it easy for customers to request a quote, but the work behind that enquiry mattered too.

Instead of relying on a basic contact form, I built a guided quote journey that collects useful information upfront and connects with the tools used to keep enquiries, quotes, bookings and jobs organised.

More than the websiteGuided quote journey → organised enquiries → quotes → bookings → jobs

The problem

Customers needed an easy way to explain what they wanted cleared.

What I built

A guided quote journey and the tools behind it to keep the work organised.

What it makes easier

Useful information arrives earlier, enquiries are clearer and the business has a better way to keep track of the work.

Built around your business

I don't make your business fit the software.

I understand how you work first, then build around what would actually make things easier.

You might already have parts of the process that work well. You might only need one problem fixing. Or you might have reached the point where several spreadsheets, inboxes and tools need bringing together.

I'll start by understanding what happens now, what's slowing you down and what you actually need to manage.

Then we can decide what is worth building — and what isn't.

How it works

Start with the problem, not the technology.

You don't need to know what system you need. Tell me what's getting in the way and I'll help work out what would actually make things easier.

“I'm spending too much time keeping track of everything.”

  1. You tell me

    Tell me how you work.

Explain what's taking too much time, getting messy or becoming difficult to manage.

  2. I work out what would help

We work out what would actually make things easier.

I'll look at how things work now and explain what I think is genuinely worth improving.

  3. I plan & build it

You know what I'm building before I start.

I'll agree the scope and price with you first, then build around the way your business needs to work.

  4. You try it

Try it before it goes live.

You'll be able to review how it works, give feedback and understand how to use it before launch.

Understand it. Try it. Then launch it.
